Neelashaila Mahavidyalaya stands for decency, decorum and discipline. All students must maintain discipline at all cost and follow the rules and regulations of the college.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside the college campus and the offender shall be punished as per the law.
Spitting on the walls, floor, pillars, doors etc of the college and taking tobacco in any form within the college premises are strictly prohibited.
Students, failing to attend 75% of classes shall be debarred from appearing their university exams.
It is mandatory for all the students of the college to enter into the college campus in college uniform.
Any suggestion regarding academic improvement and students welfare should be put into the box, kept for the purpose.
Causing damage to any property like furniture, plants, saplings infrastructure of the college will be dealt with strictly.
Students should not enter the college office unless so warranted.
Students must abide by such hygienic principles and submit themselves to such medical tests as would be laid down by the Principal.
They are prohibited from climbing onto the college roof.
They are warned not to handle bicycles/vehicles other than their own.
Students must pay their tuition fees and readmission fee on the dates notified, failing which they have to pay a fine for the late payment.
Students are warned tempering or mishandling the electrical equipments, water fittings and other articles of the college.
Misbehaviour of college students at games played outside or inside the college premises and in public places shall be regarded as breach of college discipline.
Students are forbidden to whistle on loiter on the verandah. When they have no classes to attend, they may remain either in the students' reading room or common room.
